I wanted a scale to replace one received as a gift many, many years ago. I needed a simple, accurate scale that was easy to read. I have only had this scale for about a month. So far, this scale fits the bill and appears to be very accurate. It has a large digital read-out with a bright blue display. Very satisfied.

It's a nice simple scale with a light-up panel and large numbers. It's very easy to read, which was important so we can see it half-asleep in the morning! I like that it blinks once the weight is set, and you can step off to read it even better before it shuts off. I didn't want anything to store weights or anything fancy, and this fits the bill perfectly

This scale is easy to use- the numbers are very easy to read. My son had to be weighed on hospital scales that had just been calibrated that morning- he came home and weighed on our scales and there was only .5 of a difference. Then I weighed before I went to Weight Watchers and it was the same weight on the scales at Weight Watchers. These scales could not be simpler to use. The other scale that I had was the type you had to tap the scales and wait to weigh. These I just step right up and weigh without tapping.

I had a bathroom scale from another maker, but I was not so happy with it: several times, when I tried my weight 2 or 3 consceutive times, I got 2 or 3 different readings (usually, small variations, but this led me upset).
So, I decided to try this EatSmart, based on the very positive comments from previous buyers.
When I received the product, I could realize its quality. The delivery was on time (it arrived before promised) and the package really protects the scale.
The product itself looks great and is far nicer than the previous one I had. Since it is not so broad (despite it has room enough even for a large person), this enhances its delicate appearance on the floor, giving a touch of style to the bathroom.
From the first use I confirmed that it was a good buy. It is very, very precise: I tried several times and the result was always the same. Continuing the test, I picked some objects to evaluate its accuracy and could confirm that the scale is really good. And the large display is very easy to read.
I was afraid that it could be heavy (as sometimes glass scales do), but it is not, so I think this is another advantage.
I must stress that before buying it, I saw some other scales at conventional stores and, for similar look and quality, the price was sometimes more than twice I paid for this EatSmart.
In short, an excellent buy.
